Responsibilities:

  • Daily meetings with retailers and designer partners, building a repour and referral base
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge and bespoke sales training, elevating performance and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by gathering key market insights and reporting on emerging trends, ensuring Monogram’s continued leadership in luxury.
  • Resolve any issues that could affect brand integrity and presence in the market.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and flawless execution of high-profile events and trade activities, ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Gifted communicator; charismatic relationship builder
  • 3-5 years of luxury sales experience or sales management experience is essential!
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit with a drive to exceed sales goals
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • A valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle daily.
  • Ability to travel within the market daily.
