About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing, relationship-driven Luxury Sales Associate – Commission Based to join the team at Ginger’s by Elte. For decades, Ginger’s has been Toronto’s premier destination for high-end kitchen and bath design, offering a curated selection of fixtures, fittings, and furnishings that combine performance with timeless style.
This is more than a sales role; it’s a client advisory position that blends product expertise, design sensibility, and a passion for exceptional service. You’ll work closely with homeowners, designers, architects, and trade professionals to bring their vision to life, guiding them through every detail of their kitchen or bath project.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic outreach, networking, and proactive client engagement
Proactively identify and cultivate new business with designers, architects, builders, and renovation professionals
Create and execute personalized sales plans aligned with Ginger's growth strategy
Represent Ginger’s at relevant industry events, trade functions, and client-facing presentations
Client Experience & Relationship Building
Act as a trusted advisor to clients; listening, understanding, and offering curated solutions
Deliver a white-glove experience, from showroom consultation to post-sale follow-up
Conduct in-person meetings both in-showroom and on-site at client offices or project sites
Showroom & Offsite Engagement
Actively present Ginger’s premium assortment to clients in the showroom and at offsite meetings as needed
Attend on-site consultations and design meetings with trade professionals to support complex project needs
Support weekend sales efforts and showroom events, providing design-led guidance and product expertise
Sales Strategy & CRM
Use Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track activity, and monitor sales performance
Organize and prioritize accounts to drive results and identify growth opportunities
Contribute to a visually inspiring showroom that reflects the Ginger’s brand and elevated client expectations
Requirements
Experience
5+ years in a commission-based, client-facing sales environment
Proven top performer with a strong track record of exceeding targets
Experience working with trade professionals or in a project-based sales cycle
Skills & Attributes
Outstanding communicator with confidence presenting to individuals and small groups
Natural relationship-builder who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative, design-driven setting
Strategic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service
Passionate about premium design, especially in kitchen, bath, and home environments
Tech & Logistics
Proficient in CRM systems
Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for offsite client visits
Available to work weekends and flex hours based on client/project needs
Nice to Have
Experience in high-end interiors, plumbing fixtures, or kitchen/bath design
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience with Storis
Ability to assist with floor moves or light visual merchandising tasks
