Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Be a master in creative writing, online marketing, and social media platforms
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails
• Welcome customers to the store, educate them, and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Go the extra mile to drive sales

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• High school diploma; a BS degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience with luxury brands such as Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breitling, Bulgari, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Concord, Corum, Ebel, Girard Perregaux, Gucci, Hamilton, Harry Winston, Invicta, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Longines, LVMH, Montblanc, Movado, Omega, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Rado, Raymond Weil, Richemont, Rolex, Swatch, Tag Heuer, TechnoMarine, Tiffany, Zenith is appreciated
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Energetic and friendly personality with a strong customer service focus
