Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership and create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. You will drive productivity and profitability through coaching, goal setting, client development, and adherence to Kate Spade New York standards.

As brand ambassador, you will lead by example on the sales floor, elevate service, selling behaviors, and operational excellence while managing KPI targets and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media literacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and KPI achievement through team leadership and coaching.
• Build client relationships and deliver exceptional in-store and post-sale experiences.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of store team.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS and inventory duties.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and data-driven improvements.
