Position: Full-time Luxury Retail Stock/BOH Associate. We are looking for a talented Luxury Retail Stock Associate to join our Longchamp boutique at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Toronto, ON. This is an hourly base + bonus position. Our Retail Sales Associates don't just greet and service our customers, they are relied upon to create an experience and generate and drive sales through a book of business that they manage and develop.

Job Summary: Specialize in stocking and organizing the stockroom of the boutiques and handle many miscellaneous operation issues relating to merchandise inventory.

  • Demonstrate ownership of a stockroom by keeping all merchandise organized by style, size, and color.
  • Maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
  • Receive and process merchandise upon delivery and ensure accurate inventory count.
  • Open boxes; sort and place merchandise in appropriate assigned areas and coordinate with Store Management and staff the items immediately needed on display.
  • Tag merchandise and prepare merchandise for salesfloor.
  • Ensure all BOH and salesfloor supplies are replenished.
  • Prepare packages for external shipment using UPS/FedEx computer systems for shipment.
  • Assist with pulling orders; set up, count, ship, and prepare boxes/cartons for shipping.
  • Ensure completion of shipments, transfers, damages and donations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure replenishment of merchandise and miscellaneous items is done daily and accurately.
  • Comply with safety and loss prevention policies set by Company standards.
  • Process new merchandise, assist in floor moves and merchandising floor as by Company standards.
  • Assist in maintaining the store in Company standard conditions and supporting management/sales team and customers.
  • Maintain the highest standards of general housekeeping.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Understands inventory, and the importance of good customer service.
  • Team players who are reliable and a self-starter.
  • This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED), and at least 2 years working in a stockroom environment in a similar store setting.
  • Basic knowledge of POS Systems.
  • Proficient with the UPS System.
  • Properly prepare and send shipments and properly receive and check shipments.
