Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a talented store leader to partner with the GM/AGM, guiding staff to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and maintain authentic operations. You’ll cultivate selling and service skills, drive daily business, and foster a productive, high-performing team environment.

You will manage daily operations with a hands-on approach, uphold brand standards, and lead by example to ensure the business thrives while maintaining genuine Tory Burch values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business or fashion related a plus).
• 2–4 years of management experience in a luxury or service driven environment.
• Prior experience as a manager is a plus.
• Proven track record of success.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
