Job Description

Are you a Videographer and Video Editor focusing on "LUXURY" real estate properties in the Greater Vancouver area (Point Grey, UBC, West Vancouver, British Properties, Shaughnessy, Coal Harbour, etc.)?

Please note that applicants will only be considered qualified if you have a recent portfolio (within 1 year) showcasing professional videos/photos of the above areas in Greater Vancouver.

We are looking to PARTNER with an experienced Videographer + Video Editor (must excel in both) to expand our YouTube Channel focused on Men's luxury lifestyle in Greater Vancouver.

This role involves filming at various luxury properties in Greater Vancouver (house tours) and editing the footage into engaging videos for our YouTube channel.

The ideal candidate MUST have experience in filming, directing, audio, lighting, video editing, and creating thumbnails/cover art.

This is a PARTNERSHIP opportunity for a growing YouTube channel, with compensation based on video performance (views + sponsorships), not hourly or per shoot.

There is also a BONUS incentive if your videos perform exceptionally well on YouTube.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys "thinking outside the box," "trying new things," and has a "2 hearts beat as 1" mentality.

Videos produced may go viral, leading to significant income growth and recognition on YouTube.

Requirements

• Own your own camera, wireless microphone, wireless devices, and lighting equipment
• Experience in filming and directing
• Skills in audio, lighting, and video editing
• Ability to create thumbnails/cover art for YouTube
• Have your own vehicle
• Recent portfolio (within 8 months) of work on luxury properties
• Open-minded and creative, as this is a partnership role, not salaried
• Living in Greater Vancouver for the next 2-3 years
