Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of Luxottica, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Alberta, Canada. You will deliver outstanding customer service, become knowledgeable about sunglasses and accessories, and guide clients to fit the right products.

You will drive sales, maintain storefront presentation, operate the POS, and assist with minor repairs while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales.
• Punctual, reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Team player, adaptable, respectful and open to feedback.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
