The Home Depot is hiring a Sales Associate in Windsor, Ontario. You will provide fast, friendly service, greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right solutions for projects.

You will build product knowledge across departments, promote services, maintain store appearance, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience. Evening/weekend shifts may apply. Minimum high school diploma and 1–2 years retail experience are assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail experience is asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet, engage, and thank customers as per GET model.
• Assess customer needs and guide them to the right solutions for their projects.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Promote services such as Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and other store services.
