Global Planning supports the Planning & Allocation function by being the financial stewards of the Product area. Our team has the eagle-eye view of all planning for lululemon. We work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Mainline Planning, FP&A, Sourcing, Strategy, and Product Ops, to provide a company-level view of our growth plans as it relates to Sales, Inventory, and Margin
The Planner, Global Planning is accountable for driving Global Planning objectives forward through sales planning and analytics, from Topline revenue trends to detailed sales buckets (Regular Price & Markdowns) and Product Level attributes. This person is a leader who drives understanding through stakeholder influence, partnership, investigation and digging into the unknown, enabling focus and growth of our company revenue goals.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $104,600-$137,300 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
