lululemon is seeking an Executive Assistant I for future consideration in Canada. This role supports two members of the Executive Team in a hybrid workplace, coordinating calendars, travel, and critical documentation while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring efficient meeting facilitation.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in executive support, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Based in your SSC hub, in the hybrid workplace program (minimum 4 days in office per week), you are the connector between senior leadership and departmental team needs. Principal scheduler, timekeeper, planner, and coordinator to two members of the lululemon Executive Team, the Executive Assistant has a vital role in the success of their departments. lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $59,800 - $78,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
