We are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration, operational excellence, and ongoing evolution of lululemon\'s health and financial wellness programs globally and across North America. This role serves as a key resource for employees, vendors, HR partners, and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure an exceptional employee experience through accurate program administration, responsive support, data-driven insights, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position supports a broad range of programs including ESPP and retirement plans, financial wellbeing initiatives, spending accounts, and other key components of lululemon\'s benefits offering. The Benefit Specialist reports to the Manager, Heath & Wellbeing.

lululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$71,400 - $93,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
