Responsibilities :

As a Lube Technician, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Performing oil changes, lubrication, and tire rotations in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conducting all service work with accuracy and precision, following safety and manufacturer specifications.
  • Operating vehicles and equipment according to safety guidelines and manufacturers’ specifications.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to shop rules, policies, and practices.
  • Completing accurate records of work hours and jobs performed.
  • Documenting any additional vehicle repairs identified during service.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs regularly, meeting the demands of this physically demanding role.

Education & Experience Required :

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • GM training or experience is an asset but not mandatory.
