A community-focused healthcare provider is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse in Vanderhoof. The LPN will provide compassionate, culturally safe nursing care, working with a multidisciplinary team to support clients through withdrawal management and residential treatment. Ideal candidates will be graduates of an accredited nursing program, have BC LPN registration, and possess First Aid Level 1 certification. The role offers opportunities for professional development and a supportive workplace culture.
Formación
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Successful completion of additional education in Mental Health and/or Substance Use.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
Responsabilidades
- Responsible for the overall care of clients within a multidisciplinary team.
- Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Conducts patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
