AgeCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Victoria, BC. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, implement and evaluate care plans, and support medications and treatments in accordance with provincial standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current registration in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills in a care setting.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document care in electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and administer medications/treatments per policy and regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care/service plans with the inter-professional team.
• Assist with scheduling and participate in resident care conferences.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and transfers with the Director of Care.
