Qualifications

Job description

Salary: $25 - $32 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in the North Houston area is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Locations include Spring, Houston, Aldine, Humble, Conroe, Cypress, Tomball, Bryan, New Caney, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
