Full Time | Day Shift | Bellingham, WA

Hourly Range: $28.02 – $42.04 (Hiring Bonus may be available for applicable candidates)

As a Home Health LPN, you’ll deliver hands-on nursing care while supporting patients’ independence and well-being. Working closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary care team, you’ll help create and carry out personalized care plans that promote recovery, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct nursing care and administer prescribed treatments and medications under RN supervision.
  • Conduct wound care, venipuncture, PICC line and drain management, and other skilled procedures.
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, reporting significant changes promptly.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication use, and self-care.
  • Document care accurately and in accordance with PeaceHealth standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality care in every home visit.

What You Bring:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current Washington State LPN license and BLS certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
  • At least one year of clinical nursing experience preferred, ideally in home health or a similar setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in varied home environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly range: $28.02 – $42.04, depending on experience and applicable union agreement.
  • Full-time, day shift position with meaningful work in a supportive and mission-driven organization.
