Job summary

West Coast Seniors Housing Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Beacon Hill Villa in Victoria, BC. The role leads care delivery, coordinates with physicians and staff, and drives resident-centered plans in a full-time permanent capacity (days or evenings, 4 on, 2 off).

You will administer medications, assess changes, and participate in care conferences, while upholding privacy and standards. A signing bonus and relocation assistance are available for new hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program and licensed with BCCNM.
• Current First Aid Level 1 certification.
• RAI competency testing completed successfully.
• Experience in long-term care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate care delivery for residents in the community.
• Assess resident needs and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor conditions, document changes, and notify family/physician as required.
• Administer prescribed medications within nursing scope and guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and care plan reviews.
• Support admissions, discharge, confidentiality, and orientation of staff.
