Job summary

Scene+ is hiring a Coordinator, Loyalty Offers to join our Marketing Delivery team. You will own day-to-day execution, configuration, monitoring and ongoing management of offers within Salesforce Loyalty Management, collaborating with Marketing, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to ensure campaigns launch successfully and perform as expected.

You will work a hybrid schedule, three days on-site at our Toronto office, and contribute to launching personalized loyalty offers for millions of Scene+

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management and loyalty campaigns.
• Background in marketing operations and campaign coordination.
• Ability to monitor campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and maintain dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and execute loyalty offers in Salesforce Loyalty Management.
• Monitor campaigns post-launch and resolve issues.
• Conduct QA reviews and UAT for campaigns.
• Support reporting and continuous improvement of workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, and vendors.
