The Loyalty Marketing Manager will lead the evolution of myBestBuy into a highly desirable loyalty program that enhances audience engagement, supports retail media growth, and increases customer lifetime value.

We operate on a remote-first model, with in-person interactions at our Vancouver, BC headquarters for strategic collaboration and social activities.

Join our innovative team as a Loyalty Marketing Manager!

What you’ll do:

  1. Lead the design, development, and ongoing improvement of myBestBuy.
  2. Create targeted promotional campaigns to boost account adoption, usage, and mobile app downloads.
  3. Develop new features and benefits for the program, and present monthly performance reviews to senior leadership.
  4. Innovate digital wallet initiatives to increase sign-ins, visits, and purchase frequency.
  5. Manage budgets and measure performance and ROI of loyalty initiatives.

What we need:

  1. 4-6 years of experience in designing and implementing retail loyalty programs.
  2. Experience managing modern loyalty initiatives or similar marketing programs in a large enterprise.
  3. Excellent influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Deep knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and ecommerce practices.
