Job description

Guest Experience and Loyalty Coordinator is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Accor Live Limitless Desk. They are responsible for continuously providing our most loyal guests with an outstanding hotel experience by ensuring the perfect arrival, proper room assignment, delivery of soft benefits, accurate billing, and a timely departure. This person is to be a role model for Guest Relations and to ensure all guest challenges are resolved to satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure compliance with all Accor standards for Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Operations
  • Maintain regular attendance and work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Abide by grooming standards and additional requirements set by management
  • Identify and solicit potential new ALL members
  • Manage pre-registration and check-in of Loyalty Guests
  • Handle guest requests creatively to create memorable experiences
  • Update Opera and member profiles with preferences and personalization opportunities
  • Build relationships with members and prioritize guest profile updates
  • Complete Daily Front Desk Audits and Monthly ALL Audits
  • Track reservations and patterns to predict and satisfy future Loyalty guest demands
  • Resolve Loyalty Member concerns before guest departure and inform management of unresolved issues
  • Drive member engagement and satisfaction
  • Ensure all Front Desk Agents are trained on ALL Desk procedures and review these regularly
  • Maintain rate integrity and billing instructions as per pre-arrival standards
  • Encourage all ALL Desk colleagues to take ownership of service responsibilities
  • Participate in functions outside own department when needed
Qualifications:
