Job description

Low Life Studios is seeking a F/T Ushers Supervisor.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $35.40~$38.40/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
  1. Schedule and oversee the activities of artists and support staff, reviewing their work as needed.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for handling emergency situations.
  3. Address work challenges, provide technical guidance, and suggest strategies to enhance productivity and the quality of tattoo services.
  4. Assist clients with special requirements, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  5. Train staff on their roles, workplace safety procedures, and shop policies to maintain a well-prepared team.
  6. Monitor the quality of tattoos and overall shop output to meet high standards.
  7. Order and manage supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for daily operations.
  8. Coordinate daily operations with another team to ensure smooth workflow.
Job requirements:
  1. Experience: 1~2 years of experience in the occupation supervised are required.
  2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
