Job Summary

The Lounge Agent will manage lounge operations on a rotating basis, including check-in, overseeing the buffet, servicing guest requests, and cleaning tables after use.

Your activities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Greet passengers, introduce lounge services, and assist with loyalty maintenance
• Verify guest eligibility for lounge access based on membership, ticket class, or other criteria
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints professionally
• Record guest feedback and report incidents or maintenance needs
• Restock shelves and coolers; assist with inventory checks
• Support housekeeping tasks, including waste collection and washroom checks
• Monitor alcohol consumption and serve customers responsibly
• Assist in serving at various lounge areas and the bar
• Perform regular lounge area checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
• Follow cleaning procedures and wear PPE; adhere to health and safety regulations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Lounge Supervisor

Your profile

• High School diploma or GED
• Flexible to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus
• Passionate about customer service with relevant experience
• Experience in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is advantageous
• Self-motivated and independent worker
• Attentive to detail and numeracy skills
• Ability to follow procedures with flexibility when needed
• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Positive attitude
