The Boston Pizza Beverly lounge is seeking a friendly Lounge Server/Bartender to mix cocktails, pour drinks and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have prior serving or bartending experience, are great at multitasking, and enjoy building relationships with guests while maintaining Boston Pizza standards and safety practices. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Previous serving/bartending experience preferred.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Guest-centered and personable.
• Ability to maintain and build clientele.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced lounge setting.
• Builds relationships with regulars at the bar by name and conversation.
• Knows how to mix drinks to Boston Pizza standards.
• Champions the Foundations of Hospitality and Food Safety.
• Communicates effectively with Front of House to keep drink service moving.
