We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Lottery Product Optimization Manager to support initiatives that enhance performance across our retail lottery business. This individual contributor role leverages data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, support category planning and forecasting, and improve synergies within the business. It also plays a key role in standardizing performance frameworks and driving more effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Sr Manager Lottery Product Optimization, you will be empowered to:

  • Product Optimization: Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance product and category performance by evaluating key trends, gaps, and growth areas across multiple lines of business (LOBs).
  • Lead and support product optimization initiatives aligned with broader business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements.
  • Analyze customer behavior, marketing data, sales data, and campaign performance to generate insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and tactical decisions.
  • Support content optimization on owned assets (e.g., CDUs, DMBs, DPS & DBS) and analyze A/B testing results to inform content strategy.
  • Assist in customer segmentation development and implementation for CRM platforms to improve engagement.
  • Execute CRM experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to refine targeting and engagement.
  • Create and deliver presentations on test results, pilots, and performance learnings to educate stakeholders and inform planning.
  • Collaborate with research teams to evaluate category initiatives through research, past game launches, and industry partners.
Planning
  • Assist with quarterly planning and monthly forecasting by managing timelines, consolidating stakeholder inputs, and preparing supporting materials.
  • Design and implement standardized work templates and frameworks to provide a holistic view of performance and promote efficient cross-team collaboration.
  • Consolidate and analyze cross-functional data to contribute to accurate, insight-led performance forecasts.
  • Prepare materials and presentation decks for stakeholders to support data-backed decision-making.
  • Track product spend against budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the development of category-level annual revenue targets aligned with strategic priorities and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Evaluate product/category performance to quantify results, identify challenges, and recommend corrective actions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY
  • Work Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Education: University degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; knowledge of marketing principles including product promotion, pricing, and market research.
  • Critical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail; ability to develop compelling presentations; adept at translating complex data into stakeholder-friendly insights; excellent relationship management and communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; organization and time management.
