Job summary

OpenRoad Toyota Richmond is seeking a Lot Associate in the Sales department for a full-time position. You will help maintain the showroom and lot presentation, start vehicles, check batteries, and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery.

You will engage customers and support the Sales and Service teams in daily operations. The role requires a valid BC driver’s license with a clean record and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean Drivers Abstract.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional interaction with guests.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and interact professionally.
• Start vehicles and check for dead batteries or recharge as needed.
• Keep showroom and lot neat, clean, and organized; wash vehicles after service tasks are complete.
• Transport customers and assist the Sales/Service Managers as required.
• Assist with picking up/delivering parts, personnel, and paperwork as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents to management.
