Job summary

Markham Kia, part of the Dilawri Group of Companies, is seeking a Lot Attendant to organize the car lot, inspect vehicles, label pricing, and assist with deliveries. The role requires outdoor work and attention to detail in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Applicants should have a valid Ontario driver’s license with 3+ years of experience and a clean driver’s abstract. Previous detailing experience is preferred and customer relations skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be hardworking and organized, and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
• Ability to provide meticulous work.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• One year previous detailing experience.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years of experience.
• Clean Driver’s Abstract.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize space and enhance the overall appearance.
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any damages or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled with pricing and other required information.
• Participate in vehicle delivery; wash and gas the vehicle before schedule delivery.
• Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties.
• Perform regular lot maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, trash removal, and snow removal during inclement weather.
• Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles.
• Aptitude for customer relations.
