Here's What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a
Lot Attendant who will play a vital role in the success of our sales & service departments. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll ensure that their vehicles are handled with care. Your daily responsibilities will include organizing the lot, moving vehicles to and from the sales & service areas, maintaining a clean and presentable work environment, and assisting service advisors and technicians with various tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow within the automotive industry.
- Vehicle Management: Move and park customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that the lot is always organized and accessible.
- Service Preparation: Drive vehicles to and from the service bays, car wash, or detailing areas, and ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup after service is completed.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any initial questions or directing them to the appropriate service advisor.
- Lot Organization: Maintain a well-organized lot by keeping vehicles neatly arranged, ensuring the service area is clean, clear, and safe for customers and staff.
- Vehicle Inspection: Perform quick visual inspections for obvious issues (such as flat tires or visible damage) and report them to service advisors or technicians.
- Detailing Assistance: Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service if needed, ensuring every vehicle leaves the lot in excellent condition.
- Assist Service Team: Provide general support to the service advisors and technicians, such as retrieving vehicles, delivering parts, or setting up work areas.
- Lot Maintenance: Regularly monitor the lot and service areas for trash or debris, ensuring a clean and professional environment at all times.

You Need These Qualifications
- Passion for Cars: Enthusiastic about working around vehicles and providing great service.
- Valid Driver's License: A clean and valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, and driving, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Professionalism: Present a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully, particularly when handling vehicles or performing inspections.
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
