Job summary

Campus Acura Victoria is seeking a energetic Lot Attendant to keep our vehicle inventory clean, organized, and well-presented for customers. You will support the Sales team and help ensure a top-notch customer experience with meticulous attention to detail.

The role emphasizes outdoor, physically active work with vehicle movement, photography, and online posting, offering opportunities to learn and advance within the dealership.

Qualifications

• A valid BC Driver’s license is required, with a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
• Previous automotive experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Physically active role requiring walking, standing, and outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicle inventory, both exterior and interior.
• Ensure vehicles are displayed to create a positive first impression for customers.
• Move and arrange inventory and guest vehicles with care.
• Capture and post appealing photos of pre-owned inventory online.
• Report issues with vehicles or dealership property promptly.
• Use tools and cleaning supplies safely and effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Support a collaborative, engaging work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Campus Acura Victoria is looking for an energetic, dependable, and organized Lot Attendant to support our dealership team. Working closely with our Sales department, you’ll play an important role in making sure our vehicles are clean, organized, and presented to the highest standard for our customers.

You’ll take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience, paying close attention to detail, and helping ensure every interaction reflects our dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction. A Day in the Life

• Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of all vehicle inventory, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
• Ensure vehicles are displayed in a way that creates a positive first impression for customers
• Maneuver, arrange, and relocate inventory and guest vehicles with care
• Capture clear, appealing photos of pre-owned vehicle inventory and assist with posting them online
• Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported
• Safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
• Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
• Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• This is a physically active role and requires the following:
  • Frequent walking throughout the dealership building and lot
  • Walking and/or standing for long periods
  • Frequent operation of automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Washing vehicles, which may include use of various cleaning products and frequent bending, crouching, and reaching
  • Significant time spent outdoors in various weather, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat. Weather conditions are monitored for safety as needed

• Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regularly scheduled hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on the dealership’s schedule and operational requirements.
