Job summary

Red Deer Dodge, now under new ownership, part of McManes Automotive Group, is seeking a Lot Attendant to keep the lot organized and visually appealing. You will assist with vehicle displays, move units, and support Sales and Service teams to create a strong first impression for customers.

This hands-on role requires a reliable, team-oriented candidate who can work Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, lift and move items, and maintain a professional appearance while complying with company policies and

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry loads.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.
• Willing to submit a criminal record background check.
• Loves a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
• Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
• Change license plates as required.
• Assist in transfer of units from different lots.
• Fuel up company & customer vehicles as per management request.
• Run vehicles through the carwash as per management request.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional duties assigned.

Our Lot Attendantplays an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly and ensuring our vehicles are always looking their best. From organizing and maintaining the lot to moving vehicles, assisting with vehicle displays, and supporting the Sales and Service teams, this is a hands-on position that helps create a great first impression for our customers.

Job Duties:
