Budds' Group has an immediate requirement for an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful Dealership Group in Oakville, Hamilton, and Kitchener. In this key role, you will be responsible for:

• Promptly greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Determining their service or repair needs.
• Recommending maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services.
• Guiding the customer through the entire process to ensure high satisfaction.

The Budds' Group has been operating for 50 years and remains family owned and operated, fostering a friendly team atmosphere.

Lot Attendant

Indoor and outdoor work through all seasons.

Role: Inspect, Capture, Relocate.

• INSPECT: Thoroughly inspect all vehicles for mechanical, electrical, and physical damage.
• RELOCATE: Relocate and manage inventory.

Requirements:

• Ability to accept constructive criticism, be open and spontaneous as every day is different.
• Ability to think on your feet, be decisive, and attentive to detail.
• Good research skills are helpful, as research will be required to order vehicle parts.
• General knowledge about cars is beneficial. (Thorough training will be provided.)
• G2 or G License.
• Driver's Abstract.
