Job summary

Fraserway RV LP is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant in Lacombe, AB to help keep our RV lot organized, safe, and ready for customers. You will move and position RVs to support our Sales and Service teams, and work outdoors in all weather.

This full-time role involves operating a tow vehicle and forklift as required, inspecting units, maintaining clean lots, and assisting with setups for events and customer visits. A background check and valid driver's license are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check as part of recruitment.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Capable of physical work (lifting, bending, pushing).
• Reliable, organized and safety-conscious.
• Able to work weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and position RVs on the lot.
• Operate a tow vehicle and forklift as required.
• Keep sales, service, showroom, and storage areas organized.
• Set up and move RVs for technicians and customers.
• Assist with RV setup and transportation for off-site events.
• Check units to ensure slides, jacks, and compartments are secured.
• Report any damage or maintenance concerns.
• Keep the lot clean, safe, and debris-free.
• Wash RVs as required.
• Support Sales and Service teams with lot duties.

In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our RV lot organized, safe, and ready for customers while moving and positioning RVs to support our Sales and Service teams.

What You'll Do

• Safely move and position RVs throughout the dealership lot
• Operate a tow vehicle and forklift as required
• Keep sales, service, showroom, and storage areas organized
• Set up and move RVs for technicians and customers
• Assist with RV setup and transportation for off-site events and trade shows
• Check units before moving them to ensure slides, jacks, and compartments are secured
• Report any damage or maintenance concerns
• Keep the lot clean, safe, and free of debris
• Wash RVs as required
• Support the Sales and Service teams with other lot-related duties

What You Bring

• Valid driver's licence and clean driving abstract
• Ability to successfully complete a background check as part of the recruitment process
• Forklift certification is an asset
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
