Job summary

Franchise Cleaning Co. in Ontario is seeking an evening light-duty cleaner to service our Burlington area clients. A valid Ontario driver’s license is required, with a 4:30 pm start from Monday to Friday and a total of 35 hours per week.

This position involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. We aim to attract serious, long-term team members to support our growing cleaning business.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 25 lb and performing repetitive tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in varied settings.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a criminal background check.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive or operate a company vehicle to client locations and perform cleaning duties.
• Clean washrooms, refill dispensers, empty garbage and recycling.
• Spot clean walls and glass; sanitize high-touch areas and touchpoints.
• Conduct routine floor care: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Ensure safety and company policies are followed during all tasks.
• Establish positive rapport with clients and provide excellent service.

Evening Light Duty Cleaner Position available out of our Burlington office. Must have valid Ontario drivers license. Work Days: Monday to Friday 4:30 pm start time. 35 hours per week.

This cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving company provided vehicle to various client locations
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS
