Responsibilities:

The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a secure environment for clients and staff, serving as the first point of contact and ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Responsibilities include security and back-of-house operations.

Sales:
  • Build relationships to foster loyalty and increase sales.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to meet sales goals.
Service:
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences.
  • Engage passionately as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Follow Client Experience Behaviors (TEI program), optimize hospitality, and respond to client feedback.
Security Controls and Operations:
  • Support security and operations to enhance sales and service.
  • Collaborate with senior security staff to prevent theft, respond to emergencies, and manage incidents.
  • Ensure security systems are functioning through inspections and tests.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with facility repairs and communicate with the team.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Valid Security License
  • High School Diploma
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail/security
  • One year security experience
