Job summary

London Drugs is hiring a Loss Prevention Officer 1 in Vancouver to safeguard people and property across our stores. You will conduct surveillance, investigate incidents, and support shrink reduction initiatives while ensuring accurate reporting for court cases.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal English for reports.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Willing to work across multiple locations.
• Previous security or criminal justice exposure is an asset.
• First aid training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance and maintenance of loss prevention systems across store locations.
• Identify areas of loss and assist shrink reduction plans.
• Detect and apprehend persons committing offences against the company.
• Secure evidence, write reports & document preparation for court testimony.
• Special assignments including lock repair, key control, staff awareness and orientation.
• Maintain the overall security of our locations.
