We're looking for a Loss Prevention Manager, Special Projects to lead innovative and impactful process improvement initiatives. You will drive research and development of sustainable strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring continuous and measurable gains. What You'll Do:
- Lead innovative Loss Prevention projects: Scope, define, and prioritize projects, identify metrics, make decisions, and develop control plans to ensure continuous and sustainable gains. Pilot plans as needed.
- Drive research for improvement opportunities: Identify, test, develop, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, supporting current and future business needs.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation: Create process improvement materials for stores, share best practices, and develop products that support our operational framework.
- Advocate for TJX Canada projects: Represent LP Canada in global prioritization, consult on tactical changes, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments: Work with TJX Canada teams and senior leadership to improve operational efficiencies and reduce shrink, providing expertise to various projects.
About You:
- Education: College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in Retail Management, Loss Prevention Operations, or Investigations roles, with a strong understanding of LP business operations.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated skills in structured methodologies, including determining needs, researching programs, and developing well-structured business recommendations. Ability to prepare and maintain detailed development plans, determine project specifications, apply project control principles, and use project reporting systems.
