Job summary

Simons in Old Quebec City is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to help protect customers and staff and maintain a safe store environment.

You will act as first responder in emergencies, detect shoplifting, write reports, and issue staff IDs in line with Simons procedures. A BSP license is required and French language ability is essential in Quebec. Empathy, reliability and a calm demeanor are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have BSP license (Québec Bureau de la sécurité privée).
• Experience in a similar role is an asset.
