Qualifications

• University degree as listed or equivalent.
• Experience in credit risk and/or retail banking preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Drive LMT strategy and portfolio performance.
• Develop and refine LMT strategies across Retail and Small Business.
• Design, monitor, and optimize treatment logic with governance thresholds.
• Evaluate effectiveness and post-treatment results using cohorts.
• Identify emerging risks and prepare root-cause assessments.
• Develop automated Power BI reporting for cross-functional use.
• Leverage SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI to automate processes.
• Support platform and data changes with validated reporting.
