Position:

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial to the store's success by driving sales and providing exceptional service. Your passion for luxury products, ability to build client relationships, and skill in curating elevated shopping experiences will support our key business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team growth while maintaining Loro Piana standards.
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to assist in sales.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support.
  • Update client information to personalize future interactions.
  • Engage actively with clients to promote products and drive sales.
  • Maintain store displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales and operational efficiency.

Profile:

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
