Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho‑social assessments of clients/residents and families.
• Provide clinical counseling services to clients/residents and families.
• Coordinate the admissions process in collaboration with interdisciplinary staff.
• Provide community resource information and facilitate appropriate referrals.
