Tasks:

1. Address customers' complaints or concerns
2. Maintain professionalism in customer service
3. Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
4. Load and unload goods
5. Obtain special permits and other documents required for transporting cargo on international routes
6. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
7. Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
8. Pay and receive payments for goods
9. Perform brake adjustments
10. Perform emergency roadside repairs
11. Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all vehicle aspects
12. Receive and relay information to central dispatch
13. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
14. Tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo
15. Transport and handle dangerous goods

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:
