Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Logistics and Supply Chain Management program or related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting Requests for Quotation and building Purchase Orders.
• Conduct basic negotiations on price, delivery, and terms.
• Open-order follow-up and supplier coordination.
• Contribute to supply chain projects (lead times, supplier qualification, questionnaires).
• Participate in monthly 6S audits.
• Maintain data integrity using Excel (and possibly Access).
• Carry out general office administration including filing and email management.
