Logistics Supervisor – Ontario (Burlington area) and Quebec

Location: Ontario (Burlington area) and Quebec

Our client, a leading player in waste management, is expanding and seeking a Logistics Supervisor to drive financial performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the activities of the collection center in the assigned territory
  • Supervise subcontractors and collection operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Represent the company to corporate and individual customers
  • Increase the volume of materials recovered and processed
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders
  • Implement and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety programs

Required profile:

  • Strong planning, organizational, and financial analysis skills (financial statements, sales)
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Sense of initiative, leadership, and ability to work independently

Other Language Requirement: French

This position requires a high level of French proficiency, as you will use it frequently for almost all tasks. You will participate in collaboration within the internal team, support operations in other regions outside Ontario, establish relationships with partners and stakeholders from diverse cultures, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, apply technical and specialized knowledge, facilitate training and development, and manage translation and interpretation needs.
