Job summary

Qualifications

• Inventory accuracy and warehouse/shipping coordination required.
• Experience with FIFO and inventory counting in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in automotive industry and supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a 3PL provider to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe equipment operation.
• Support inventory counting and part supply functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain communication with other facility operations teams.
• Conduct 5S and safety walks and verify timely closures.
• Adhere to company safety and security guidelines.
• Influence others and manage conflicts with fact-based problem solving.
• Conduct safety and information session talks.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
