Job Title: Logistics Specialist (Permanent Full-Time)

Location(s): Warehouse in Mississauga (Presence at warehouse 5 days a week is preferred)

Reporting to: Logistics Manager

Position Overview

UNIQLO Canada is seeking a Logistics Specialist to lead our logistics team as we enhance our infrastructure to support our expanding retail and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will manage profit and loss, oversee daily operations, and drive continuous improvement in our fulfillment and transportation partners, while developing systems and procedures to standardize and optimize our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations for Retail and E-Commerce Distribution Centres, focusing on service quality and profitability.
  • Oversee transportation logistics for retail stores and last-mile delivery for e-commerce.
  • Coordinate import logistics, including intra-Canada transportation and volume forecasting.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
  • Ensure quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial goals are met.
  • Analyze metrics and data to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Negotiate pricing with logistics service providers.
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate logistics with sales, order management, and finance systems.
  • Monitor daily partner performance using metrics and dashboards.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to optimize current processes and implement enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with retail and e-commerce focus preferred.
  • Experience managing warehousing, distribution, and transportation logistics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives using performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple projects.
  • Experience working with external vendors.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically within Canada.
  • Flexibility to provide after-hours support as needed.
  • French language skills are an asset.
