As a Logistics Specialist, you will be a key player, serving as the go-to resource for the entire team on customs nomenclature (Harmonized System - HS), ensuring smooth transportation operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in logistical processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Customs Specialist are considered an asset.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with expertise in import/export and customs compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, with full professional proficiency in French required.
• Knowledge of Canadian customs regulations, USMCA, NAFTA, and international trade agreements.
• Experience with logistics management systems and ERP software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail for document accuracy, and proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with carriers and brokers, ability to adapt to regulatory changes and business needs, and dedication to maintaining high service levels.

• Supervise and coordinate national and international shipments, as well as daily logistical operations, while managing specific needs and exceptional requests from the Bath Fitter network.
• Monitor and improve import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including NAFTA and USMCA for PGFR and BOM goods.
• Ensure the accuracy of U.S. and Canadian customs documentation, manage specialized requirements (e.g., IE MID numbers, Lacey Act, AD/CVD regulations).
• Understand and analyze import/export documents, conduct Canadian international import reviews, process K32 forms, and ensure customs compliance.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HS codes, resolve customs and delivery issues, and work directly with customs to establish relationships and address any issues.
• Negotiate with carriers and customs brokers, analyze costs to identify optimization opportunities, while ensuring data accuracy and implementing logistical policies in collaboration with various departments.
