Pro Office Service in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to organize orders, coordinate with warehouse and production teams, and ensure timely delivery. This on-site role offers a permanent, full-time schedule with daytime shifts.

Salary ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid vacation and other perks; 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Compile orders and instructions received from customers
• Develop specific plans to prioritize
• Track and complete work orders
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Light cleaning duties
• Maintain work records and logs
• Organize warehouse and work areas
• Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
