Job summary

Randstad Canada in Brantford, Ontario is hiring an Shipper & Receiver Inventory & Logistics Specialist. The role offers 20.00 – 22.00/hour with shift premiums and full-time day, afternoon, or night shifts.

You will unload inbound shipments, prepare outgoing orders, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate stock using RF scanners and ERP/Excel systems. Ideal candidates have 1+ year warehousing experience, a forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years shipping/receiving or warehousing experience.
• Valid forklift certification is a major asset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active through shift.
• Experience with RF scanning and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Receiving: Unload shipments, cross-reference inventory with BOL, perform quality checks, and record stock data.
• Outbound & Shipping: Prepare, package, shrink-wrap, and stage outgoing orders per client specs.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (Counterbalance, Reach, pallet jacks).
• Digital Inventory Control: Use RF scanners to track goods, update stock metrics, and enter data into ERP/Excel.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, keep loading dock area clean and safe.
