Job description

We are seeking a Logistics Project Leader within our Global Logistics Strategy team to lead and support lean initiatives within the logistics space. In this role, you will have a significant impact on improving the end-to-end logistics journey at BRP.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with various sectors to analyze data, identify problem sources, quantify issues, and recommend solutions.
2. Plan and implement problem-solving strategies across the global manufacturing and logistics network.
3. Identify and advocate for the adoption of new technologies to support logistics growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations.
2. Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
3. Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.
4. Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
5. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, with a solid understanding of operational challenges.
6. Strong business acumen.
7. Experience in multinational or matrix organizations, with strategic insights into logistics and supply chain.
8. Proficiency in analyzing large data sets to derive actionable insights.
9. Interest in operational technology and digital enhancements.
10. Willingness and authorization to travel to the US and Mexico (mandatory).
11. Knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
