Responsibilities:

  • Build accurate and competitive quotes based on multiple cost inputs
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to gather information
  • Prepare and send clear, complete quotations to clients
  • Follow up on quotes and facilitate smooth handovers to operations or customer service
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics pricing
  • Experience in air and sea logistics (import/export)
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Knowledge of customs regulations (AMPS, B13, ACI, CSI...) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Effective prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
